I need a good macromedia flash tutorial?

I have a school project to do, but i dun noe flash. I need a tutorial to teach me how to make a movie clip animate when my cursor touches it, how to make something appear when my cursor touches something else, how to make a graphic symbol move when i click something, how do i switch between scenes. There are plenty sites of this kind, like www.kirupa.com or www.acionscript.org. Just use search engine to find ';flash tutorial'; (without quotes) and you can also add specific keyword like ';flash cursor tutorial'; or ';flash scenes tutorial';.
